The ride to Richmond Park on 19 March as part of the Hammersmith and Fulham
festival went well, as did a bbq to watch the boatrace on 2 April.

Listed rides from other LCC
groups http://www.lcc.org.uk/index.asp?PageID=145. John Taylor reported
he went on one organised by Martin of the Wandsworth group and the pace
was interestingly fast.
ENVIRONMENT and REGENERATION
SCRUTINY PANEL
Recently there was a meeting of this panel where cycling was considered.
However it was more of a presentation than a scrutiny. John g expressed
hope that in future the ERSP would change its nature so that a more critical
appraisal of how the Council is performing would be encouraged, leading
to any necessary changes.
EXPENSES
John has expenses of £9.43. One bottle of wine carried over from
last time.
